This support pin is not like a security question. This question we ask the client when they call us. Like Godaddy has created 4 digit unique pins (for instance, PIN -4525) for every account so whenever we try to contact them through chat or call. they ask for that pin so it is easy for them to verify. The support pin is always unique for everyone so it will be tough for anyone to crack.
