Similar to Namecheap and GoDaddy and Support Pin the user can find in the Client Area would make Support Calls a lot easier to verify the owner of the account.

Security checks with PIN code
Would you like to request a feature very interesting, it would be the inclusion of a security system for users of WHMCS with PIN code, equal to the system Godaddy. This feature allows more security when we receive support through online chat, because we do not know if it is really true that this client requesting help.Just then with this feature enabled, you can 'check if the customer is true.Basically it would be a system similar to that godaddy owned company, which is in my opinion quite safe.It would work as follows:When the customer wants to request a treatment where you need to validate your registration you must follow up an area of whmcs and generate a pin code for that treatment.Through this code we can validate the client's account.

- On signup a random security code is generated for the client.

Hey Grant,
Just to expand on the discussion - I would presume a client would be more inclined to remember one they submitted, rather than one that was generated. Thoughts?
