How can we improve WHMCS?

view what other support agent is typing on support tickets

One thing i love about Kayako helpdesk is agents can view other agents replies while typing them..

ie in WHMCS 6.3 it now shows "AGENT_NAME viewed this ticket and started making a reply @ 30/03/2016 10:14"

it would be good if it could show live what he/she is typing before they submit it just like in Kayako

+1 Very nice idea!
To add, you currently have to hit F5 in case you opened a ticket to check nobody else started working on it meanwhile. As part of this request, any activity from another staff member (and a notification that someone is working on a reply) should show "live" without the need to refresh the page.
