It would be nice if you could add a ticket close hook which can be called when a ticket is closed by admin or client.
+1 for this one.
We need it for preventing some tickets to be closed and also send some emails or API requests to customers or other systems.
It'd be great to have this hook, as we're trying to monitor techsupport operations on the matter of tickets being replied and doing some benchmarks once the ticket's closed.
