It would be nice if you could add a ticket close hook which can be called when a ticket is closed by admin or client.

Is there any documentation for that? Any at all? Page is empty... When does it happen? Can we prevent the ticket closure?

It'd be great to have this hook, as we're trying to monitor techsupport operations on the matter of tickets being replied and doing some benchmarks once the ticket's closed.

We need it for preventing some tickets to be closed and also send some emails or API requests to customers or other systems.
