Send e-mail notifications when notes are added to ticket

Hello,

I think it would be useful for the either the admin assigned or the ticket queue group gets an email when ticket notes are added. It would be interesting to see if you could add a feature to implement the @ or # feature mention to tag/send an email to that admin specifically, too.

It would be great if there was a tick mark on the "admin note" screen to send an e-mail notification with the note.

I find myself sometimes adding notes for my own reference that don't really need to be cluttering anyone's inbox. However, sometimes I add notes that definitely need an e-mail to go out so that other team members can respond accordingly.
