I think it would be useful for the either the admin assigned or the ticket queue group gets an email when ticket notes are added. It would be interesting to see if you could add a feature to implement the @ or # feature mention to tag/send an email to that admin specifically, too.

We believe the WHMCS urgently need to add the options for Administrator staff or Support agents when they inserting a Notes to tickets or Clients account to have the option to notify Admins Staff, Support agent or all of them that a new Note inserted for xxxx client with the following note This way is easy to keep up with the latest information of the client and give the admins and staff the option to work in a Collaboration environment and increase productivity This feature is very common into many software for the result of productivity
