Insert Knowledgebase Links with friendly URL in Ticket Response

When I insert knowledgebase links on a support tickets from "Insert Knowledgebase Links" it does not show the friendly URL which I have already enabled.
The insert gives the following;
http://www.tasjeel.ae/order/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&catid=3&id=1
Should be;
http://www.tasjeel.ae/order/knowledgebase/1/Configuring-Outlook.html
Would help educate customers the type of keywords they could type in to the KB to find the relevant articles
If SEO friendly URLs are available in the KB in the client area, some consistency across whmcs would be a good idea.

Any way to resolve this issue? Bit of a waste fo time to have an insert link function that doesn't work properly. The link results on a 404 error!
Needed from day 0...also will be great if you can add language based too.
