Include ticket history in email notifications

I have setup my ticket system, that the client can reply back from their email client and not by login to WHMCS.

Whenever a client gets a reply back from the ticket system, it does not include previous replies.

It would be nice to have this feature.

You can add to your Support Ticket Reply Email Template the {$ticket_url} merge field - so when a client receive the email with the ticket reply - he can click on this link ad see all the relevant ticket correspondence.
