Allow changing limit of POP3 import on support ticket

Already Possible

Exceeded Limit of 10 Tickets within 15 Minutes

show up here Ticket Mail Import Log (Utilities > Logs > Ticket Mail Import Log)

tthsthis has just caught me out, i would like to be able to disable this for busy clients or services

Hi Ashley,

The Setup > General Settings > Support tab > Ticket Reply Email Limit option allows you to customise this.
