Add other admins as ticket watchers

Under Consideration

It would be superb if an administrator could directly add another

administrators as a ticket watcher. This would need to take into account department security etc.

We often have

the case where the sales manager want to sit across tickets for certain

customers and it is a bit of a pain for me to tell him a new ticket has

been raised then for him to manually add himself as a watcher.

YES! this is especially true for flexible teams in production and not just straight support


yup, sometimes i have to coordinate tickets and would like to have more than one person get updates.
