WHMCS will need to add alot gateway provide as i did with my SMS Manager because not everybody use Twilio

Twilio looks good.

WHMCS is already adding Sendgrid functionality to v.8, why not include additional Twilio apps?

This going to be a mess because you need to add alot SMS gateway, not every gateway uses that gateway you choose.

I would like to see clicksend, its also one of the chepeast i could find!

That going to be hard because not every client uses the SMS gateway you have. I have a module I have already added like 50 gateway and still, some peoples ask about another gateway :)
