The Validation.com integration does not email the user upon an admin requesting Verification using the Validation.com service, it simply shows a notice in the client area when the customer logs in.
There should be a way to automatically send an email to the enduser with an email template that we can customize, that way the customer can be notified that they need to log into the client area to complete the verification process
