Multiple options what kind of action to take when a bounce is received:
- Close billing profile (if no active services)
- Suspend all active services + flag + open ticket (if active services)
- Flag for not working e-mail (admin viewable)
- Flag + Open Ticket (if active services)
Bounces are mostly standard, so also include other bounces.
Not sure what the right options for these are, if you guys have better ideas that would be good.
