There should be an time stamp with admin name on all the "Admin Notes" and Notes section
Right now it is impossible to see when was the above note updated by an admin as its timestamp is not logged anywhere for the system except Invoices but again for the invoice it only shows that the note was modified but what was modified is nowhere logged.
- Profile->Admin Notes
- Product / Services->Admin Notes
- Invoice->Notes
