It would be nice to have a trash box for the deleted tickets and to have a SPAM box for the usually SPAM considered emails. The trash and the spam box should have a cron for Auto clean.
Yes as vital as support tickets are it there should be a trash can for deleted tickets.

good idea, now a ticket delete from any one in the team is a hard delete, no way to recover, this should not happen. either by accident or purpose a ticket should be retrievable for some time at least, a trash box which an administrator can configure would be a good solution.
