How can we improve WHMCS?

Hi,
right now taks don't have the option to threadpool
so we can't know what is the task, the comments, the re-assign to other person, etc...
Please add the option to leave the "Original" Task and add comments / re-assign log, etc
Like on other softwares like Redmine / Fengoffice / etc...

also in permissions we should add can edit task or can comment only...
