The API method "GetModuleConfigurationParameters " support for Addon module

Currently the API method "GetModuleConfigurationParameters" supports the 'moduleType' => 'gateway' to get the
parameters but currently it does not support the 'moduleType' => 'addon' . When
ever we call this method its give an error message like below."Get module configuration parameters not supported by module type."
So We are requesting to add this features for the 'moduleType' => 'addon' as well. so it will helpful for all the module developers to get the
parameters easily using the API call.
