Temporarily open hosting account for client to delete unwanted data

Many times clients are capped and cannot access there accounts to delete data.
Install a facility like 'do not suspend' for a period of time' similarly, open an account by adding in a value, so on a 1Gb account could update to 1.2Gb and then open and set to close automatically on say 24 hours automatically ....
