How can we improve WHMCS?

I just found through reading the feature requests that we can drag and drop the sort order of tasks. Although this is great for small projects, I am intending to use this for year long projects, with repeat tasks every month. (not sure if I need to rethink this and do a repeating project each month?)

The ability for new tasks to automatically be created and moved to the top of the list would eliminate the need to scroll to bottom.

Also archiving/hiding completed tasks would be great.
