How can we improve WHMCS?

We would like to find a way to synchronize the language chosen by a client in his client area with the language of his cPanel, so that when opening the cPanel, via the shortcut in the sidebar, he is faced with the cPanel interface with the language set previously, instead of the English set by default.

For example, if I set Spanish in the client area, on opening the cPanel I would like to have Spanish as the language, and so on.
