Sync client name to control panel Customer info (like Plesk or cPanel)

When a client changes the name and email on their account in WHMCS and they have an active hosting product, the hosting services should be looped, checked for the same contact info in the attached panel. When found in the panel, the updated client contact info should be sent through to the control panel to keep the data in sync.
