Support ticket staff tipping. - let the clients tip after they get a ticket answered/resolved.



when the client clicks on "close ticket"
or after a ticket replay
add the options for tips.

and allow the clients to pay what they like as a tip to the support rep

tip invoices should include, ticket number, and staff ID as the "product",

needs to have an option to limit the tips amount of-course.


This can be very useful to motivate support staff.
