On GitHub, when you reference an Issue # or commit ID, it automatically detects it and auto-links it accordingly.
When replying to a ticket, or adding an admin note, with a ticket ID like #{ID} it would be great if WHMCS could detect that (prob by starting with the # symbol) and automatically link to the correct ticket.
When it's a client reply, it would use the client URL to the ticket, and when it's an admin note it would use the admin URL.
