Currently, when creating a support ticket, they have the option to specify the service the request is associated with. However for clients with multiple hosting plans, they may not always have the answer to that readily available.
It would be very handy if WHMCS were to have an optional field asking what URL or domain the request is pertaining to. When a domain is entered, WHMCS would automatically detect the service it's hosted upon to the best of its ability (obviously things like CloudFlare could mess this up) and set that service field to match.
