How can we improve WHMCS?

It could be great if WHMCS added additional email providers on the Mail tab, specifically MailerSend, for transactional emails. MailerSend has a better deliverability rate than the current providers, and the API has more sending options than the SMTP protocol. It also can be used for transactional SMS.
