Currently we use our own in house support time system. Where customers have so many minutes of support time banked with us.,
Any support we do for them is ticketed and then removed from their total banked support time available.
They can also buy blocks of support time, which is then added to the banked total for that customer.
This is something i think would be extremely useful.
Could it be requested this to be included in as a new feature?

Thanks for your suggestion.
At present clients can be billed directly from the support ticket reply page. This will create a Billable Item and you can specify how to invoice the client. For example you could invoice the client all together for all the support billable items created during the month: https://docs.whmcs.com/Billable_Items
