Suggestion: Custom Module Support in WHMCS Cloud

Hello WHMCS Team,
I’m currently evaluating WHMCS Cloud and I am confident that it is the best option for me. Setting up a self-hosted version involves many steps, including server configuration, environment setup, updates, backups, security, and performance optimization, which can take a lot of time and effort. WHMCS Cloud makes this much easier by providing everything in one place with a single subscription.
The pricing is also excellent:
WHMCS Cloud: $25/month (covers up to 100 clients; $0.25 per additional client)
Self-hosted Plus plan: $34.95/month (up to 250 clients), plus additional costs for hosting, setup, backups, security, updates, and server maintenance
This makes WHMCS Cloud very cost-effective, especially for smaller businesses like mine, where paying per active client is practical.
However, I’ve noticed a limitation that is significant in my region (Bangladesh): many local businesses rely on payment gateways like SSLCommerz and bKash, rather than Stripe or PayPal. Currently, WHMCS Cloud only supports pre-approved modules and add-ons from your curated marketplace, and custom modules aren’t supported yet. This limits our ability to fully operate in local markets.
I think it would be extremely valuable if WHMCS Cloud could provide an option to install custom modules while maintaining security and automatic updates. This would make the Cloud platform even more versatile and appealing to international users like me.

WHMCS Cloud currently supports pre-approved modules and add-ons from our curated marketplace. This approach ensures enhanced security, stability, and seamless automatic updates.
We cannot vet or review the code for numerous third-party addons, as they are maintained by their respective developers.
As such, we provide pre-approved modules with which we have direct development involvement.
