How can we improve WHMCS?

I'd like to be able to use US standardized addressing that uses 2-letter state codes and no country. Like this:

Company Name
FName LName
28 W. Market Street
West Chester, PA 19382

And not like WHMCS does now:

Company Name
FName LName
28 W. Market Street
West Chester, Pennsylvania, 19382
United States

The current address format is not USPS compatible and it looks unusual to spell out state codes and list the country code when everything originates from the same country.

I initially presumed this was simply a configuration that I have overlooked. I opened a support ticket with WHMCS and they said this functionality is not supported and I should post a suggested functionality.
