I must have a valid "CSR" (Certificate Signing Request) to configure my services as an active SSL certificate.
The problem is the installation and configuration and the implementation is not linked with my hybridcloud server. So the active services that I paid for are not linked to my cloud server either. So the CRS of my host will not be detected by the WHMCS platform. The setup has to be correct with my cloud server because I secured everything with my hybridCloud so I don't need to secure the site.
