we have an issue with a VOIP server being blocked by spam control accidentally from time to time so would like to be able to whitelist specific email addresses to prevent incoming emails from that address being marked as spam and blocked
Thanks for your suggestion. WHMCS does not automatically add email address to the spam control list, they can only be added manually by a member of staff.
If an email loop is detected and an message temporarily blocked, this can be adjusted under Setup > General Settings > Support tab > Ticket Reply Email Limit.
