some clients make partial payments and its difficult to monitor if you keep seeing the full amount in the invoice/invoice list.

it would be helpful if the actual balance is shown

Yes please - This makes so much sense and needs to be added. Then you don't have to click onto each invoice to see what the "Balance" is.
