Hello,
Sometimes we have the same client with two accounts (because this client can have two companies or more). Since WHMCS 8 we can have one user accessing to more than one client, and this is very good. But, sometimes is necessary to have the same contact for more than one client, to send invoices or support. Now, the email field is mandatory and unique per client and contact, so we cannot send invoices from 2 clients to the same contact. It would be nice to have the ability to change this and have some contacts shared by two or more clients.

Thanks for the suggestion. Whilst Client Accounts and Users need to have unique email addresses, Contacts do not.
It is still possible to add multiple Contacts with the same email address under different Client Accounts.
