Some people prefer not to receive any emails after initial registration. We need settings in client profiles so their email is omitted when sending emails using the mass email tool.

Provided the 'Marketing Email? checkbox is ticked when composing a mass mail, users who have opted out from receiving marketing emails will not receive it.
