Sending Hosting/VPS Product Details over Ticket .

HI
Normally , when client orders product and pays , product login details are send to client over email automatically .
What I want to do is , rather then sending login details to email , an ticket will be opened automatically with the product login details (product email template) .
Any idea how this can be achieved ?
