Hi,
When we open a ticket on behalf of a client we can select one contact that the ticket will be open on (sadly he will be CC on the ticket ant the to field will always be the master account holder) + add more CC addressees via the CC field.
If we want to CC more contacts from the same customer we have to manually add them and it's really annoying...
Please add a way to add to the ticket CC list more contacts from the clients contact list (maybe a drop down with all the clients contacts with an ability to select several contacts at once) - without removing the option to add CC email address that are not of a client contact.
