Security Question & Answer, Answer Shouldn't be case sensative

when a customer has to enter their security question answer, it shouldn't be case sensitive like a password.
for example we have a question what is your oldest child's middle name
the answer we had was paul
but years later when our customer tried to reset his password, he was entering Paul as the answer (uppercase P) and it would not accept it.
