How can we improve WHMCS?

Currently, Announcements RSS output is not configurable, we need to be able to alter the URLs as we have a custom URL format but they are hardcoded in the RSS, also it would allow limiting the number of entries which is required for many RSS readers. Also, the ability to create custom RSS feeds for things like latest articles it articles by year or even a search term.
