There are many articles that need modification as they may be out of date– So we want the capability to be able to hide them from customers until we have modified them. We do not want to remove them.

@WHMCS John It sounds like they would like a "Draft" status to hide an old article until they have time to update it. But looking at it, it would be great to have "Draft" and "Archived".
