I love the ability both clients and admins have to be able to reply directly from tickets from their email clients!
However, I would like to see this feature improved:I want WHMCS to delete quoted text from replies. Otherwise, you get monstrously long ticket replies, quoting old ticket replies in them, until someone edits out the quoted text on the admin panel. Also, if staff don't delete the text before replying to the email, it will give the clients their personal email and WHMCS admins area URL.

WHMCS already does this as standard and will identify the line breaks used by most email clients to denote the start of the quoted text. You can add further line breaks to the tblticketbreaklines table.
