Recalulate prices needs more granularity and better handling of multi-currency

To allow the Enom sync module to work USD has to be enabled which has the undesirable effect of creating USD prices (of zero value) for all products.
Going through manually turning the USD prices off is possible but then recalculating prices (due to GBP/Euro exchange rate change) re-enables USD on everything.
