I have several clients on the same hosting plan. For one of those clients I'm doing some custom work and want to raise his monthly price without affecting the other customers. How do I do this? I tried adjusting his "Recurring Amount" on the Products/Services tab but it did not charge the correct amount, rather, it reverted to the previous amount.

Adjusting the Service Recurring Amount is the correct way to do this: https://docs.whmcs.com/Clients:Products/Services_Tab#Recurring_Amount
Subsequent renewal invoices will be generated based upon the Recurring Amount.
