It appears that one cannot create a product addon and allow the customer to specify the quantity they desire.
This would be usefull in a scenario where I want to sell a dedicated server (the product) and allow a customer to specify the quantity of IP addresses (the addon) they wish to purchase.
Multiple quantity and payment options on addons
Currently with addons you can only order 1 at a time and can only choose 1 payment method. It would be better if you could also specify a quantity and also to choose monthly/yearly etc without having to create multiple copies of the same addons to do this, just as you do with products.Or at the very least, it would be preferable if the addons would default to the same payment schedule and date as the product they are added to and then pro-rata invoice the difference.
Add/Reduce quantity of an addon after order completion
IF we assume you sell a product/addon/configurable option based on quantity and it is a recurring product invoiced and charged monthly. Can the customer reduce/add quantity? Can the admin reduce/add quantity? If it is possible, it does not matter if it is only possible through the products/addons/confgurable options. hope to get some suggestions to this. Many thanksJack

On the Product Addon Pricing tab, a new option has been added labelled "Allow Multiple Quantities".
Please test it out, and let us know your feedback during the pre-release period.
