How can we improve WHMCS?

Having the ability to add custom text under notes on quotes so that all quotes prepared will automatically have this text inserted to the footer of all quotes, this will be ideal for terms and conditions. Currently you have to copy from source and paste to the footer of each quote which is a manual process and creates confusion especially when T's & C's change.

Even better would be being able to have multiple quote templates to choose from when quoting clients.
So customization of quotes essentially is a feature that we think would be great.
