How can we improve WHMCS?

Many customers already use the option of various e-invoicing platforms.

WHMCS does offer the option of storing separate contacts for invoice emails.
However, for the problem-free use of e-invoicing platforms, it would only be necessary to send one e-mail regarding the invoice.
Currently there is only the option "Invoice emails - New invoices, reminders, & overdue notifications".

This would allow you to define a contact (e-invoicing platform) who only receives emails relating to the invoice, but
does not receive any reminders or payment confirmations.
