How can we improve WHMCS?

Hi,
Please add to the GetTickets API command an option to get ticket from a specific contact.

Now I can use the clientid to get tickets of a specific client with the GetTickets API - but there is no way to add the contactid to get ticket of a specific contact.

Please add the contactid as a parameter to the GetTickets API call so we will be able to get the ticket of a specific contact and not all the clients tickets.
