Hi,
Please add an option to select if a Support Ticket Departments Custom Field is mandatory / Required Field
Now we can set the Custom Field to be Required Field - but we can still close it / send a reply etc. without filling no data to the Custom Fields.
As far as I see the requirements are only enforced on client's submitting them via the client area - but we want to set the same thing via the admin side also.
It can be separated from the client side Custom Field's Require settings - so a Custom Field can be client side mandatory / Required and or admin side mandatory / Required.
But any way - Please add a way to set Support Ticket Departments Custom Field in the admin side to mandatory / Required Field
