Hi all,
6.3 is a very good upgrade for the ticket system, thanks !
one thing is really annoying though, not being able to paste images into ticket ! (save to a file, upload is time consuming and it is available on others tickets system and very useful)
Thank you

This request is nearly a decade old, and the ability to paste or insert an image inline is not an exotic feature anymore. It is basic functionality in virtually any modern support/ticketing editor.
Screenshots are an essential part of technical support. When explaining multiple issues or walking a client through something, images need to appear inline with the text they relate to. Saving every screenshot to disk, uploading it as an attachment, and then telling the customer which attachment corresponds to which paragraph is an absurd workflow for something that should be as simple as Cmd/Ctrl+V.
Even incoming emails containing inline screenshots aren’t handled particularly well because the context between the image and surrounding text can be lost when images become attachments.
WHMCS is software specifically designed for companies providing technical services and support. Its ticket editor should support:
• Pasting images directly from the clipboard
• Drag-and-drop image insertion
• Uploading and inserting an image inline
• Proper rendering of those images in both the ticket and outgoing HTML email
This isn’t a niche feature request anymore. It’s basic support-desk functionality.
Nearly ten years is long enough. Please give the WHMCS ticket editor the ability to handle screenshots like a modern editor.
