If we could set a specific number of emails that could be sent out in a span of time would be great.
For example, you have a queue of 1000 emails to send for billing statements or marketing, you can break apart the queue by sending out, lets say, 100 per hour. This would really help address mail being rejected by mail servers that have frequency limits.

Setting a queue with throttling like that would also give you better control over your sending patterns, which is great for things like billing statements or marketing campaigns that need to go out in bulk. It could also help with monitoring and adjusting if any issues pop up.
