Outgoing email frequency

If we could set a specific number of emails that could be sent out in a span of time would be great.

For example, you have a queue of 1000 emails to send for billing statements or marketing, you can break apart the queue by sending out, lets say, 100 per hour. This would really help address mail being rejected by mail servers that have frequency limits.

Cheers!

Hey, I totally get what you're saying! Limiting the number of emails sent per hour can definitely help avoid hitting those mail server frequency limits and improve deliverability. It’s a smart way to keep your emails from getting flagged as spam or blocked altogether.

Setting a queue with throttling like that would also give you better control over your sending patterns, which is great for things like billing statements or marketing campaigns that need to go out in bulk. It could also help with monitoring and adjusting if any issues pop up.

Definitely something to consider when planning large email sends. Thanks for sharing the idea!
Hi Emani,
Thanks for taking the time to submit this idea about batching all emails sent by the system.

Currently marketing emails sent via the Email Campaign tool are batched, which should help with this problem already. For more information, please see:
