How can we improve WHMCS?

We understand that the download tab is essential for the customer to quickly locate a file by date, last post added.
imagine posting an NF Invoice which the customer must search for titles? this is not a download behavior but by the last posted date.

the tab should go up the last file adds to the first row and this is organized by date, year and day.
